Unlike most other holiday parks, we offer a a 50 year licence on all new lodge plots. This gives you both greater value for money in the time you have ownership of your property, and also affords you a greater sell-on value compared, should you wish to sell your holiday home at a later date.

In the current financial climate, our eco-friendly technology provides a more sustainable running cost for our holiday homes.
