All of the new and used holiday lodges for sale at our Anglesey resorts adhere to BS3632 standards. These are a set of regulations introduced by the UK government which establishes a minimum level of standards that all UK holiday homes must adhere to. It not only dictates the manufacturing techniques used to create holiday homes, but also the materials from which they are created to ensure that they stand the test of time. 

The BS3632 standards are actually designed to ensure that holiday homes are capable of acting as full time residential lodges. This is not the case when it comes to the EU regulations (EN1647) which are merely intended to guarantee that all holiday homes are capable of acting as temporary holiday accommodation.

Apart from setting a minimum standard for the structure of holiday homes, the BS3632 regulations also dictate standards as regards to running costs, with all holiday homes adhering to these regulations needing to have features such as insulation and double glazing.

Alternatively you may prefer to buy a lodge at Woodland Falls Holiday Park in Lligwy. As the name suggests, the resort is surrounded by woodland and provides owners with the opportunity to have their own little corner of North Wales. This is a resort which is all about peace and tranquillity, with a babbling brook which flows through our resort providing a mesmerising backdrop to those endless summer evenings spent relaxing on your own private decking area.

That isn’t to say that Woodland Falls is lacking when it comes to on-site amenities, with the resort boasting a welcoming bar lounge, games room and state of the art gymnasium. Children’s activities are also on offer here, ensuring that you won’t be lacking in things to do with the kids no matter how much time you spend in your very own holiday lodge.
