Can I finance my Holiday Home?
At Bulmer Leisure, our holiday homes are sold with a licence rather than a lease, which means traditional mortgages are not available. However, many of our owners choose to spread the cost of their holiday home through financing. We work with a selection of specialist approved brokers who offer tailored finance packages to suit your requirements.
How much are site fees & when are they paid?
Site fees at Silver Bay start from £6,361 and site fees at Woodland Falls start at £4,308 and are due to be paid annually by the 31st of March.
A monthly payment can also be arranged via direct debit. (Subject to Credit Agreement available to over-18s only and are subject to repayment capacity and financial status. Lending criteria and terms and conditions apply. Security may be required)
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we appreciate four legged friends are part of the family and are happy to encourage. Responsible ownership rules do apply.
What happens if we want to sell our Holiday Home before the licence expires?
If you are considering selling your holiday home, your options will vary based on your circumstances. One possibility is selling your home to Bulmer Leisure, where we strive to offer you the best price. Alternatively, you can explore selling it privately. For guidance on the best option for you, please consult the park team, who will be happy to assist.
Can we sublet our property?
Commercial subletting is not permitted. However, sharing with family and friends is part of the pleasure of ownership and is allowed by arrangement.
Is it possible to live in our Holiday Home?
Your holiday home cannot be your permanent residence. Our site licence specifies the duration of each stay, ensuring you enjoy your retreat within these guidelines. During the purchasing process, you’ll need to provide proof of your permanent address. One of the advantages of owning a holiday home at one of our parks is that you won’t have to worry about council tax or stamp duty.
