All of the used static caravans for sale in Anglesey at our two resorts adhere to the BS3632 standards. These are a set of regulations which were introduced by the UK government to dictate a minimum level of quality that all UK holiday homes should adhere to. This not only dictates build quality and the standards of materials used in the construction of holiday homes, but also running costs with features such as double glazing and insulation all being expected as standard.

Sadly, not all holiday parks will adhere to these standards, instead opting to comply with the EU’s EN1647 standards. These also dictate a minimum level of standards for holiday homes, but the criteria is far less stringent. Instead of assessing holiday homes based on a need for them to be up to the standards of full time residential standards, the EU regulations assess holiday homes based on a requirement for them to be up to the standards of temporary holiday accommodation.

Woodland Falls holiday park meanwhile is much more of a tranquil retreat. As the name suggests, the resort is surrounded by Woodlands in a tranquil corner of North Wales. A relaxing river flows through our resort, providing a mesmerising backdrop as you sit back and take in one of those long summer days in Anglesey from the comfort of your very own decking area.

That isn’t to say that the facilities at Woodland Falls are anything other than exceptional, with holiday home owners having access to our Oaklands bar & lounge, on-site games room and state of the art gymnasium. There is also a children’s activity programme available here for any families that we have staying on-site.
