The Silver Bay Spa is located in our new state of the art leisure complex where you will also find our heated indoor pool and exceptionally well equipped gymnasium which has machines and apparatus to cover varying fitness regiments. We even have our own experienced fitness instructors who can put together a training schedule aimed at helping you achieve your own personal goals.
