Holiday Park Site Fees at Woodland Falls

Woodland Falls Holiday Park is the peaceful retreat for anyone who wants to escape from the stresses of the modern day and enjoy a gentler pace of life for a time.

Holiday home owners at our resort are free to enjoy as many holidays on Anglesey as they like throughout the year, with a range of luxury static caravans and holiday lodges available to purchase on-site.

When you become a holiday home owner here, you are purchasing your own little plot of North Wales in an enviable location which is situated just a short 15 minute walk away from the award winning Lligwy beach and surrounded by gorgeous woodlands which provide complete privacy.

All holiday home owners at our retreat pay annual site fees which cover the maintenance and improvement of our on-site facilities and activities. With prices starting from just £4,523 per year, our fees are significantly lower than many of the other holiday parks in the region despite affording owners access to some of the best facilities and activities that you are ever likely to find on a North Wales holiday park.

What Facilities Do Your Site Fees Cover?

Apart from ensuring that your holiday home resides in one of the most enviable locations on Anglesey, your holiday park site fees will also cover the cost of running and maintaining our on-site facilities.

These are led by our new state of the art leisure complex where you will find the rustic Oaklands bar & lounge. Complete with its own games room featuring pool tables, you can catch up with friends, family and other members of our welcoming holiday park community here. You’ll enjoy access to a range of recognisable alcoholic and soft drinks. With Woodland Falls being owned by the cider producing Bulmer family, you can be sure that they know how to pick the very best variety of drinks available!

Although food is not generally served here, we do open up our outdoor BBQ area during the sunny summer months for one of our many events where you can chill out with your companions long into the night.

Also available to owners in our leisure complex is a state of the art gymnasium which covers all kinds of training requirements. Here you will find treadmills, rowing machines, weights and even an aerobics studio.

What Activities Do Your Site Fees Cover?

The before mentioned BBQs are just one of the many events that we host here for owners throughout the year. You can look forward to seasonal events to celebrate Easter, Christmas, New Year and much more. This is alongside our many summer events which are intended to appeal to people of all ages.

In addition to this, owners also have access to our excellent children’s entertainment programme. These sessions mix education with fun with their being different activities to appeal to everything from toddlers to teenagers.

Our children’s activities will keep all young ones entertained no matter how many times you visit your holiday home. What’s more, these sessions are sure to save you stress and money as you won’t need to frantically try and find something to do with the little ones during those long holiday periods.

Woodland Holiday Park Site Fees

Woodland Falls Holiday Park site fees start from just £3,881 per year. This accounts for purchases of a pre owned static caravan on a 10 year licence.

The next tier up from this is a prime riverside slot for a new static caravan with annual site fees of £4,334 per year. In addition to coming with 15 year licences, these are wonderful plots on which to base your holiday home with the sound of the babbling river creating a relaxing vibe whenever you sit out and relax on your decking area. A riverside plot on a brand new lodge meanwhile costs owners £6,308 per year site fees on account of the additional space and services these require. All of our new lodges come with a 50 year licence.

We also offer non-riverside plots on brand new lodges with the same 50 year licence at the cheaper rate of £5,583.

 

Is There Anything Else I Should Know?

Holiday home owners should be aware that we have a 10 month open season here at Woodland Falls, with the resort open between the months of March and the beginning of January.

As the owner of your own holiday home, you are entitled to take a holiday whenever you please throughout this period and make use of the on-site facilities and activities that we provide for our owners on-site.
