The Woodland Falls gym is a relatively new addition to our resort, with no expense having been spared in the pursuit of creating the optimal gym experience for holiday home owners.
We have added a wide selection of equipment and facilities to accommodate various training goals. With treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines and weight training facilities, you will have everything you need to whip yourself into shape.
Holiday home owners at Woodland Falls will both also enjoy complimentary access to our on-site aerobics studio where we offer a range of fitness classes. This includes yoga, spin classes, pilates and much more. Keep an eye on our fitness classes calendar for more information.
The decor in our gym and fitness studio have been tailored towards supporting the modern feel that our facilities offer. However, they are nothing compared to the distant sea views which are afforded to our holiday home owners whenever they are in attendance.
You can gaze out over the Anglesey coastline and enjoy mesmerising views which are sure to inspire you to put in those extra few minutes of training each time you visit our facility.
Whilst you are on-site, you may wish to exercise in the area surrounding our resort too. Woodland Falls is located just a 15 minute walk away from the award winning Lligwy beach. This presents you with the perfect opportunity to add in an outdoor run or even a relaxing walk along this stunning beach.
