We only work with the UKs leading holiday lodge manufacturers to ensure that our clients are provided with quality holiday homes which are designed to stand the test of time. Manufacturers such as ABI, Willerby and Tingdene are just a few of the many recognisable manufacturers you will recognise from our portfolio of partners.

All of the woodland lodges for sale at Woodland Falls adhere to the BS3632 standards. These have been introduced by the UK government as a means to set a minimum standard of quality for holiday homes. Not only do these regulations cover manufacturing techniques and materials, but they also cover running costs with double glazing and insulation both necessary in order to comply with these standards.

Sadly, not all holiday parks will have lodges for sale which adhere to these standards. Many will instead comply with the EU’s EN1647 regulations which are far less stringent. These holiday homes are only designed to meet the needs of a temporary holiday let as opposed to a full time residential property as is the case with the BS3632 regulations.

You can therefore rest assured that any 3 bed woodland lodge for sale at Woodland Falls will proudly display the BS3632 accreditation; ensuring the safety of your family and helping to reduce your ongoing running costs.

These revolutionary units combine solar panels with heat pumps to reduce your energy consumption whenever you are staying in your home away from home. Whatsmore, you can even monitor and alter the heating in your holiday home using an app. Simply flick on the heating a hour or so before your arrival, and you’ll walk into a nice and toasty lodge in any season.

Oaklands Facilities at Woodland Falls Anglesey

Stunning Facilities

When you buy a holiday home at Woodland Falls Holiday Park, you will enjoy having access to our state of the art on-site facilities. The majority of these are to be found in our modern Oaklands leisure complex which will be only a short walk away from your holiday home doorstep.

Here you can make use of our state of the art gym and fitness studio, in addition to our Oaklands bar and games room. Additionally, you will also have an ever changing schedule of fun events and activities to choose from throughout the holiday park season. There are even sessions designed to accommodate the little ones, with a fun and educational children’s activity programme providing kids and teenagers of all ages with a wide selection of activities to choose from.

You will also be invited to occasional BBQs that we hold for owners on the outdoor decking area of the Oaklands. Here you can grab a burger and catch up with your fellow members of the Woodland Falls holiday home owners community.
