Silver Bay Holiday Park is the ultimate family holiday destination, with a wealth of on-site facilities and activities available to ensure that there is something to keep all ages entertained regardless of how many times you visit your home away from home.

Our holiday park is open all year round and becoming an owner here is a long term investment, allowing you to holiday as many times as you like throughout the year without being forced to save up for expensive vacations overseas. You can simply escape to your familiar holiday home surrounded by all of your own personal belongings.

Apart from the on-site facilities and activities, the location of Silver Bay Holiday Park is pretty enviable too. Situated adjacent to the award winning Silver Bay beach (Traeth Llydan), your holiday home will be just a short walk away from one of the best beaches in North Wales. This is in addition to being located close to some of Anglesey’s most popular tourist hotspots including Trearddur Bay and Holyhead.

Our Silver Bay Site Fees

Our Holiday Park site fees start from just £6,361 per year with these costs going towards the maintenance and improvement of our on-site facilities, activities, events and grounds.

However, fees do vary depending upon the plot on site that you opt for when purchasing your holiday home. Our sales team will explain this to you at the time of purchase, ensuring that you have a full understanding of what your fees cover and are able to decide which plot is right for you.

You can see a full breakdown of the different tiers of Silver Bay site fees below, with the larger annual site fee payments being applicable to those who decide to purchase a holiday home on one of our highly sought after Bay View plots. Bay View is the section of the holiday park which is situated closest to Silver Bay beach, ensuring that owners have access to their very own beachside holiday home at one of the cleanest beaches in North Wales.

What Do Your Holiday Park Site Fees Cover?

Your holiday park site fees cover the cost of a majority of the facilities and activities which are provided to owners on-site at Silver Bay.

Headlining the facilities is our state of the art leisure complex where you will find an indoor heated swimming pool and spa complete with a sauna and steam room. This is the perfect place to chill out after you have completed a work out in our state of the art gymnasium. Located on the first floor of the leisure complex, you’ll find all the gym equipment you could ask for to cater for a variety of different training requirements. Whatsmore, you will also have access to your own personal trainer who can provide you with advice on the best workouts to complete in order to obtain your fitness goals.

Silver Bay is very much a holiday park which is designed for families, which is why we have invested heavily into providing you with everything you need to keep the children entertained. We have our very own soft play area, football pitch, outdoor Multi Use Games Area and even a pirate ship playground which will no doubt make the adults a little bit envious.

Children are certain to never get bored no matter how many times you visit your holiday home thanks to our Busy Bayers activity programme which provides children with a mix of fun and educational sessions.

Your holiday park site fees will also cover the maintenance and operation of our Deckhouse Restaurant where you can catch up with friends and family, host events or simply treat yourself to some of the finest pub grub in the region.

What Else Is Available to Owners?

Silver Bay Holiday Park is one of the few resorts which offers owners the chance to pay a little extra in order to have their very own spot in our harbour.

Located right next to Silver Bay beach, prices start at just £145 per year to have space afforded for your very own sailing boat which is no more than 6.5 metres in length. A higher fee of £530 per year is applicable to owners who wish to harbour a power boat here.

The waters around Silver Bay beach are popular with anglers thanks to the wide variety of species that are on offer throughout the year. You can therefore store your very own fishing boat here and enjoy a day at sea whenever you please.
