Situated in Rhoscolyn on Holy Island, our state of the art gym is available to our gym members and also members of our holiday home owners community here at Silver Bay Holiday Park.

Our state of the art Anglesey gym features a whole host of different equipment designed to facilitate a wide variety of different fitness and training requirements. This includes treadmills, exercise bikes, weights and rowing machines.

If you struggle to maintain motivation when exercising solo, then you’ll love our new latest pulse cardio and resistance gym equipment which feature personal entertainment systems to keep you full motivated whilst burning off those calories.

Those of you who prefer to exercise as part of a group will also be delighted to know that we run a number of fitness classes throughout the year. We have a weekly schedule made up of yoga classes, circuit training, spinning, Pilates and even dance.

All holiday home owners at Silver Bay Holiday Park will enjoy complimentary gym membership.

We also offer a variety of different gym membership packages for those in the local Anglesey area. Our basic package starts at just £49 per month with a minimum 12 month contract. This provides you with access to the entirety of our gym facilities, our indoor swimming pool and even our spa facilities.

There are also discounted rates available to those who want to join our gym as a couple. For just £82 per month on a minimum 12 month contract, you can both benefit from the entire gym package. This is a saving of £192 per year on an individual membership!

If you would prefer to opt for shorter term options, then we have these available too, with 3 month contracts costing £150 and 6 month options for £295. You can contact our gym team at any time to discuss the membership options that we have available.

Our Anglesey gym is open from 9:30am 7 days per week. However, closing times do vary as outlined below:

• Monday: 9:30am – 7:30pm
• Tuesday: 9:30am – 6pm
• Wednesday: 9:30am – 7:30pm
• Thursday: 9:30am – 6pm
• Friday: 9:30am – 7:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am – 6pm
• Sunday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
