These are a set of stringent regulations introduced by the UK government which dictate the levels of quality that holiday homes should adhere to. This covers the build materials and construction methods, in addition to overall running costs with double glazing and insulation both being required.

Sadly, not all holiday parks offer lodges which adhere to these stringent standards. You can therefore buy from Silver Bay safe in the knowledge that all of our new holiday homes will proudly display the BS3632 standards logo, providing you with complete peace of mind.
