All of the 2 bed coastal properties for sale at Silver Bay adhere to the BS3632 standards. These are a set of regulations which state a minimum level of quality that all holiday homes should adhere to, not only covering build materials and techniques, but also the cost of ownership with double glazing and insulation both being required in order to adhere to these standards.

Sadly, these regulations are not binding and you will find a large number of holiday parks selling properties which do not adhere to these standards.
